Do I have to pay duties taxes?
All orders delivered outside of Australia will be subject to Duties and Taxes in the country upon receipt. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes.
What if I fail to collect my order?
We cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds if you do not collect your item or if you do not pay the duties and taxes for your country. If the parcel is not collected or signed for it will be returned to sender.

How long will my order take to make?
We do not mass produce any of our fine jewellery. Every single piece is made to order when an order comes through on our website. Each piece will take up to 14 working days to make. However in the light of the current global situation, our production times have increased and pieces are now taking 3 working weeks to make. Please note this does not include clearing time for customs in your country.
Can I add I letters from the Love Letter collection at a later date when I have another child?
Yes, we can add more letters from our Love Letters collection to an existing necklace purchased from us. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you further.
Do you sell the Love Letters by themselves?
No. We only sell the letters with the chain.
Do you make Love Letters in sterling silver?
No. We only use 18k solid, yellow, pink and white gold.
Do you make jewellery to order?
Yes. Please email us with the subject line bespoke to email@example.com We work with you to create your desired piece of jewellery. Typical lead time is six to eight weeks.
Do you have a gift service?
versefinejewellery.com is the perfect place to buy someone a personalised piece of jewellery. It is very easy to do, just enter the persons address as the delivery address. If you wish you can add a personalised message in the comments section when you place your order. We will attach this message to the package which will be carefully wrapped with our signature packaging.
How do I track my international order?
You will be emailed a FedEx tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Can I pay by cheque?
No. Verse Fine Jewellery only accepts credit card and PayPal payments via its online shop.
Can I return my necklace for a refund?
No. All jewellery ordered via our online store shop is made to order. We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are final.
Do you ever have sales?
No. We never have sales as we only make to order.
What stones do you use for your Birthstone collection?
All our stones have been purposefully chosen for their quality and natural depth of colour, which may vary slightly. This is due to how the stones are firmed under the earth.
